ABOUT OUR CABINS

DIY READY

DNW Structures offers our Cabin Kits, Home Offices, Hunting Cabins, She-sheds, Man-caves and a plethora of other options with the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) assembly instructions. Most of our smaller kits can be assembled on-site in a day or two with the help of some friends and family. Additionally, we offer customized options so that you can build your kit to your vision and taste.

Our kits come with everything you need to assemble them from the floor, exterior and interior walls, windows, and doors, to the ceiling. They are delivered on pallets to your front door and are packaged with compact and simple to assemble thoughts in mind.

OUR MATERIALS

All of our kits are built from natural Nordic Spruce logs, are environmentally friendly, and will add value and ambiance to any outdoor space.

PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY TEAM

DNW Structures, and it’s affiliated company, White Oak Cabins, are Licensed Building Contractors. We have a professional building team available to customers that live within a 50 mile radius of our head quarters located in Waynesville, NC. If the DIY concept is not for you, you can hire our team of professionals to assemble your new tiny home on your property for you. Price varies based on location, kit size and kit type and finished building needs specific to each individual client. Kits with larger square footage, more rooms, more windows, and lofts will be charged a higher price per foot. You are not required to use our building team to assemble your kit.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

Our kits do not include any plumbing, electrical, insulation or roofing materials. (i.e., shingles or metal roofing panels) The kits are required to be built on a solid foundation that will need to be built prior to assembling the cabin kits. It is up to the client to build the foundation. We encourage every client to reach out to your local building and zoning departments to find out what is required and what is permittable where you live.
